Job Description:/h3:
HVAC Sales and Service Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities for service contracts and equipment replacement
Require to attend job walks to acquire information about existing equipment and site conditions
Provide weekly sales reports regarding schedule, sales activity, estimates and proposals
Develop and maintain sales contacts and opportunities in companys CRM
Regularly follow up on sales/project leads
Respond to RFQs and RFPs
Establish long:term, on:going relationships with clients
Meeting established revenue and profit goals
Follow up on existing accounts
Responsible for managing and scheduling service contracts
Coach and motivate technicians to work at their maximum productivity and participate in sale of services
Provide technical support to the field via telephone, email or job site visit
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HVAC sales and service
Working knowledge of HVAC equipment start:up and operation
Knowledge of local codes and general industry standards
Strong people management, communication, supervisory, organizational, and computer skills
Able to operate in a dynamic, fast:paced environment and adapt to a changing environment
Must hold a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
HVAC Trades:person Training or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
Demonstrated sales success meeting or exceeding sales goals
Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal, and problem:solving skills
Demonstrated examples of taking initiative with a solid work ethic
Exceptional communication skills, well developed listening skills, and ability to interpret business and/or client needs
