JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Lead Developer position within ITSM and is 100 focused on providing enterprise wide solutions to manage work and systems.
As a Lead Developer with our ITSM team your primary focus will be with Service Now. In this role you will drive turning product requirements into designs, develop implementation plans, develop integrations and automated initiatives for both On:cloud and On:premise platforms. Youll be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains and user experience improvements. Essential Functions
Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
Service Now
* Application UI Configuration
* Workflow Configuration
* Service Catalog structuring and configuration
* Development of required client specific reporting
* Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, Webservices etc.)
* Be the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow Platform, capabilities, and best practices
All integrations and tool platforms
*
Be a lead member of the overall implementation project team
*
Collaborate on designs for enterprise wide tool solutions
* Develop and maintain integrations to and from Service Now (i.e. SLACK, Upguard, PagerDuty, BDNA)
*
Manage the development of and consult on design best practices in the assigned categories to successfully execute and deliver products on time, which meet the design, quality and value mission.
* Serves as primary contact to Product Managers in managing the assigned product categories
* Troubleshoot production/delivery problems in the assigned product categories
* Close working partnership with users, IT and Technology Solutions
* Work closely with offshore and domestic cross functional departments on product development, concerns and improvements
* Coordinates with all support areas: Planning, Requirements, Design, Testing, Training, Communication, Implementation and Production Support
* Close coordination with service providers

* have strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
* are a proven team player and team builder
* degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry
* 3+ years coding Service Now features
* 2+ years leading a development team
* Experience with ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher.
* Experience in driving design and strategy around tools.
