Job Description

The main responsibility of the Production Assistant Manager (PAM) is to manage all the production processes to improve the machine costs, maintain the quality and deliver products on time to the customers. The PAM ensures safety and smooth operations. Complies with established procedures, basically repsonsible for the management of the Productions Department functions.

They will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and all other departments to ensure effectual production menthods. Estimate staffing requirements, production times and relative costs to provide data to create the budget plan every 6 months (Profit Plan). The PAM will ensure the production supplies maintain and mediating to help other production problems proactively. Contributing to the team effort. Improve the overall production process.The PAM will maintain professional and technical knowledge and prepare special reports as needed. They report to the Production Manager and General Manager.


Knowledge of manufacturing concepts, ability to grasp modern technology quickly, excellent communicator, ability tot prioritize multple projects as well as be an enthusiastic, cooperative team worker as well as main a positive behavior. Must be proficient in MS Ofice, knowledge of MRP, Kanban and ISO and SAP experience a plus. Must have good analytical skills, detailed oriented, and creative. Must be able to work in a team and follow deadlines. Must have good leadership skills. A positive Attitude is everything!
