Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in San Francisco. This is a comprehensive opportunity for a talented individual to develop his or her experience as project administrator and grow your career. Supporting a vertically:integrated organization, you will be exposed to a range of project opportunities in the office, residential, and hotel sectors.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
:
Cost management and processing of invoices, draw package, and cost reports for review and approval
:
Draft and prepare project logs: delays, issues log, change requests and change order logs, drawing logs, revision logs, etc.
:
Coordinate and/or manage vendors
:
Type, sort and distribute mail and e:mail, scan, fax and copy
:
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
:
Run companys errands : printing of large jobs, post office and Fed:Ex runs, etc.
:
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails and redline contracts
:
Management of day:to:day vendor performance
:
Code and/or approve invoices for payment; obtain/complete and process accounting forms as required (invoice transmittals, W:9 forms)
:
Schedule and coordinate
meetings/appointments for management staff
:
Extensive travel arrangements; including but not limited to booking reservations for travel by air or ground and hotel accommodations for employees and investors
:
Prepare/maintain expense reports and travel approval forms
:
Assist with preparation of presentation materials (booklets, brochures, etc.)
:
Occasional after:hours work

Desired Skills and Experience
Successful candidates should have the following:
:
3:5 years of hands on administrative support experience OR recent graduate with construction management, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering degree.
:
Preferable: Construction project experience.
:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
:
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
:
Excellent communication skills : written and verbal
:
Ability to prioritize projects
:
Excellent organizational skills
:
Good research skills and attention to detail
:
Possess a team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills
:
Basic IT skills
