Job Description:/h3:
Top ENR Contractor seeking Project Engineers in Sacramento or Bay Area, CA.

What youll need:
:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
:Hospital, Lab, Pharma, Medical office, preferably ground:up or medical t/I project experience.
:2+ years as Project Engineer
:Field experience desirable : e.g. carpenter
:Basic estimating and scheduling skills
:Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
What youll do:
:Attend and document project meetings (write minutes)
:Set up and maintain project filing system
:Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specifications and logs
:Distribute all documents to subcontractors, maintain document logs
:Assist with preparation of CPM schedules
:Assist with updating and maintaining master CPM schedule
:Evaluate field problems and document RFIs
:Prepare and maintain RFI logs on CMIC system
:Review, evaluate, and transmit submittals
:Verify original estimate quantities for labor cost reports
:Report quantities in place and maintain labor cost report
:Prepare and document extra work orders
:Maintain reference log on CMIC
:Compile contract close out documents (O and M manuals, as builts, etc.)
:Complete other responsibilities as assignedCompany Description:/h3:
