We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Executive for large Healthcare projects in the San Francisco Bay area.

The Senior Project Manager/Project Executive is responsible for the overall delivery and management of multiple projects. The Senior Project Manager creates and manages systems for tracking projects and associated deliverables, collects data and analyzes results, and works closely with field personnel, designers, engineers, vendors and subcontractors to manage various programmatic and project processes.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager/Project Executive is responsible for the overall delivery and management of complex projects, including the following:
:Leading interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects
:Actively participating in the design and execution of project safety and quality control activities
:Leading safety and communicating safety culture to all employees and trades
:Assuming responsibility for project staffing and budgetary controls
:Assisting in the bid package development, pre:qualification activities, and budget preparation
:Leading preconstruction meetings and coordinating answers to RFIs
:Leading efforts to analyze risk and define schedule related issues, including analysis of long lead materials or equipment which may impact cash flow
:Maintaining relationships with customers, including being the primary point of contact for the client
:Analyzing and presenting project delivery approaches, developing alternative approaches, facilitating implementation and leading the development of the Project Execution Plan
:Overseeing project close:out and claim resolution
:Serving as the primary contact for senior leadership relative to critical business initiatives
:Overseeing procurement, cost, change management
:Preparing the master schedule and overseeing updates
Qualifications:
:Degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred
:10+ years of construction management
:Experience with high:rise, commercial office, hospitals, or residential projects
:Experience managing large, complex, and/or multiple Jobs
:Skilled in the preconstruction process
:Ability to travel for business need required
:Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationships
:Ability to interface with a variety of technical and business personnel with courtesy, tact and diplomacy
:Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to direct organize and communicate with team members at all levels
:Experience with negotiation and risk mitigationCompany Description:/h3:
