Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking a Project Manager to manage, coordinate and develop integrated project plans, including implementation schedules, staff, end:user coordination, and resource estimates. This Manager will also direct, coordinate and facilitate multiple business process re:engineering activities to enhance systems, processes and methodologies, grow and strengthen technical staff and assist regional sales leadership with acquiring new services engagements.
Key Responsibilities
:
Collaborate and edit input from a multi:departmental response team to develop effective written responses where services are requested
:
Respond to non:standard correspondence, compile confidential information and create regular status reports for Senior Management
:
Develop and maintain reusable boilerplate library
:
Translate technical information into easily read documentation for all aspects of a customer organization, e.g. Finance, Executive Management, Procurement, etc.
:
Provide accurate cost estimates for project resources based on durations and skill levels required
:
Review statements of work for accurate pricing methodology
:
Identify and implement improvements to the proposal development process
:
Continue advancement in technical knowledge and skills to remain viable in the professional services business segment
:
Be responsible for retrieval of professional standards, regulatory information, reference works, including journal articles, industry standards, professional documentation and government publications facilitating the above efforts and technical letters emailed to clients
:
Create documentation specific to Best Practices, success stories and working with manufacturers to develop product affinity service collateral (specific to brands)
:
Assist with web development
:
Develop break/fix programs and procedures
:
Work with regional services management to leverage best practices
:
Ensure CRM opportunity tracking and management
:
Leverage ITIL and PMI methods to gain efficiencies
:
Review and reconcile TimeTracker data
:
Manage a large scale Windows 10 upgrade

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills
:
BA in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
:
ITIL certification
:
PMP certification
:
Working knowledge of software distribution, application packaging etc.
:
Competent analytical and problem:solving skills
:
Experience in customer service oriented work
:
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
:
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and develop teams
:
Solid understanding of Win 7/8
:
Proficient in productivity applications like MS Office
:
Must have demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals
