Idea to IPO presents:

Immigration Issues for Int'l Entrepreneurs & US Business Partners

Wednesday, July 26, 6:30pm-9:00pm, Santa Clara

MORE INFO: http://www.idea-to-ipo.com

Immigrants, foreign nationals, and entrepreneurs who work with foreign nationals need to understand how the U.S. government's immigration policies are changing since Donald Trump became the President of the United States. His administration has been busy on the immigration front. A lot of inaccurate information has been circulating online and elsewhere with potentially unfortunate consequences for international entrepreneurs who would like to live and work in the United States.

The speaker will discuss:

1) The range of visas currently available to international entrepreneurs who would like to start a business in the US or work here (such as the B-1, E, H-1B, L-1,and O-1).

2) What challenges these visa categories face under the new administration and ways to overcome them.

3) An update on the international entrepreneur parole program (which was scheduled to take effect in July)

4) The latest news on the international travel ban for nationals of certain countries.

And more!
