12-6-16 6pm
The middle of winter-very cold rainy and wet.
I ordered and found the seating area cold and saw the door was open. I asked the others seated ( 3 people) if they minded if I closed the door and no one cared or said a thing. I closed it and the cashier immediately came and opened the door claiming it was the owners policy which of course was a lie. I said ok and left my crappy meal. As I got up the cashier said he could leave it open this one time which of course tells me he was lying the first time. Oh Golly. Thanks you fuckin moron. I said too late. As I was leaving he went back to saying its the owners policy. I told him I did not want to hear it and he wined more about it. The cook seemed to be the one upset with me closing the door so I understand he was the reason for me leaving and never going back. The food was just average tasting. The service was good except the last time the dumb twink skipped me and gave the next guy a pep slice that I had ordered. That can be forgiven because he was just a dumb twink.
The place lying about the door needing to be open in 45 degree weather is not good business sense. The owner would want to save on the heating bill going out the door. Challenging a customer with lots of money to spend who was going to be there a short time is foolish business sense.

I am positive the cook wanted the door closed.
I am positive the cashier is a winey liar
The place was luckey to have 4 customers including me on such a cold night.
I am positive the place will be sold and under new management soon enough. We could use a Peets coffee in the location. Its been 3 pizza places before. It needs a professional business without winey liars

If you choose your restaurants in part by the crowd inside you will see Oz Pizza is never busy-with good reason. The food is barely passable. Of course the service has tanked and you will freeze unless you fight the cook to keep the door open.

Did I mention Oz Pizza is not a member of The Better Business Bureau
